2010 Fall Webinars Announced

Are you a professional looking to learn more about issues affecting the disability community? TASH's 2010 webinar series offers learning opportunities for a variety of disciplines.
 

Congressional Briefing

On Thursday, July 29, TASH held a congressional briefing in partnership with the Collaboration to Promote Self-Determination entitled Promoting Employment First: Innovations in Policy & Practice to Achieve Integrated Employment with Livable Wages for Citizens with Significant Disabilities. Scheduled to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, this briefing was an opportunity to address critical employment issues with congressional leaders and staff.

The five speakers spoke passionately and boldly regarding the need for employment practices and policies that can help achieve a truly integrated workforce and empower individuals with disabilities. Click the links below to view featured video from each speaker.
