practices in school and community inclusion, self-determination and
supporting individuals with disabilities in the work force, in their own
residences & businesses; assistive technology; differentiating general
education curriculum; universal design, whole school reform; developing
advocacy skills, networking; natural supports; paraeducators, transition,
literacy, IDEA 04,No Child Left Behind, improving school performance &
MORE! Presenters
will be: Professionals, individuals with disabilities/self
-advocates, parents and teams who are actively involved in inclusive
practices for supporting, teaching and advocating for/with persons with
disabilities… Plan to attend the conference February 2-3 2007, stay at the
Beautiful Manhattan Beach Marriott Hotel. Rates: $119.00 for single or
double. Rate expires January 19, 2007.

mention Cal-TASH. The Manhattan Beach Marriott is a short distance from LAX
airport in Los Angeles. There are multiple airline carriers to LAX. The Hotel does not have a shuttle
but it is a short 10 minute taxi or private shuttle drive from LAX.
