Welcome to Pennsylvania TASH

Pennsylvania TASH is an advocacy organization whose committment is to the full inclusion of all people in our community regardless of ability. Our position is that all people belong, without exception or qualification.

Committees

In order to focus our efforts and be maximally effective, Pennsylvania TASH has organized its efforts into four basic committees. Three of the committees focus on issues effecting the individual across the lifespan - Early Intervention, Education and Adult Services. The fourth committee addresses activities that strengthen and maintain our organization including communication, membership development and marketing/public awareness.

Membership

TASH is a membership driven organization, with activities funded by the payment of dues. Members have the option to belong to the National organization, a local State chapter or both. Advantages of membership in PA TASH include access to our extensive network of advocates, professionals and families; access to current information about ongoing activities of interest to our membership; and input into the issues we address and processes taking place.

Meet Our Board

Pennsylvania TASH has a Board of Directors that is elected by the membership and serves three year terms. Each Board member is an involved advocate and is personally invested in the success and meaningful participation of all people in our community. We are interested in diverse range of issues and are action oriented.
