  RPSD - Exchange

Have Something Important to Say? Say it in the Exchange

RPSD announces its newest feature. The purpose of Exchange is to provide a forum for thought-provoking discussion on topical issues related to the mission of the journal and the TASH organization. The Exchange will include thoughtful perspectives on current controversies or new developments in research and practice, responses to articles published in RPSD or other sources, and personal reflections conveying the author's experiences as a participant in the disability field. Perspectives from all RPSD readers are invited and encouraged (e.g., self-advocates, parents, teachers, administrators, policy makers, researchers).

Interested authors should submit 6 copies of their manuscript to the RPSD editor. Manuscripts should be no longer than 8 double spaced pages and will be reviewed by several members of the senior editorial board plus an additional reviewer with particular experience and interest in the topic area (see RPSD author guidelines for specifics). Acceptance for publication will be based on the manuscript's perceived importance, timeliness, and contribution to the field.

RPSD looks forward to hearing from you.
