TASH Silent Auction Event in support of the survivors of Hurricane Katrina

TASH is redirecting the proceeds from the silent auction to be held at the annual conference in Milwaukee this November to support the disability related organizations and people with disabilities and their families who have been gravely affected by the hurricane that destroyed massive areas of the Gulf Coast region.

The devastation in lost lives and property has been staggering, and the full import is yet to be known. While the outpouring of resources and support from individuals and the private sector has been tremendous, the impact of this disaster will be felt for many months and years to come.

We are collecting unique gift items, disability memorabilia, sports items, artwork, apparel, jewelry, books, services, edibles, and more to auction in support of this effort.

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation of an item, please contact Priscilla Newton at 410-828-8274, ext. 102 or send an e-mail to pnewton@tash.org.
