Adult Issues-Art                                           

Art has long been recognized both as an expression of creativity, and as a form of expression and release of emotions, feelings, and messages. The sessions in this strand will take place in the Exhibit Hall. Artists will demonstrate the techniques and the resulting art will remain on display.

Laser Eagles-Art that Builds Relationship, Community, and Self Expression
Laser Eagles is a technique that makes being an artist available to non-speaking people and those with limited mobility. The Laser Artist uses a laser pointer, designing a painting on canvas. The Laser Tracker follows the light beam, executing the creation.

Voices through Art: Exploring unique techniques
Come and join us in creating an expressive mural using different techniques. An artist and art educator will explain facilitate the mural and the use of adaptive equipment in this process.  The mural creation will demonstrate how art fosters communication in an inclusive setting.
