Payment or approved purchase order MUST accompany your registration for discounted rates.

All advance registrations must be received in the TASH office by October 31, 2005. After that date registration is on-site only and will be at the late/on-site rate.

Registration will not be accepted without full payment by check, credit card authorization, or with an official purchase order. Payment must be in U.S. Funds only. A $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from all requests for refunds that are received before October 10, 2005. No refunds after October 10, 2005. “No shows” are responsible for payment, however substitutions are welcome without penalty. $25.00 fee for returned checks or unauthorized charges.
