Sponsorship dollars for the 2005 TASH Conference are earmarked to provide financial assistance to those in need of assistance to attend. Dependent upon sponsorship funding obtained, a limited amount of scholarships to cover the costs of registration fees and/or assist with lodging expenses may be awarded to individuals with disabilities, family members, or other individuals who would be otherwise unable to attend. Please note that priority will be given to TASH members and/or to individuals who are scheduled to present during one of the conference sessions as part of the TASH Conference, and to those people whom the committee determines:

  • Will have impact on the inclusion movement in their community

  •  Are able to obtain or provide funding to supplement the assistance provided by TASH;

  • Have not obtained scholarship assistance from TASH to attend the TASH conference within the past three years;

  • Demonstrate the intention and the capacity to share information and or clearly have implementation as a goal.

To request a scholarship please send a detailed letter which indicates the reason you would like to be considered for a scholarship (please provide explanation in relation to the criteria above).
